Recovery Drink from SPONSER® is a tasty carbohydrate-protein recovery drink. It contains short- and long-chain carbohydrates that optimally replenish your glycogen stores after exercise. The protein content is based

on whey protein and casein, which support the rebuilding process of your muscles.

Recovery Drink is your ideal companion on the road. The practical portion bag fits into every sports bag and can be easily prepared in a drinking bottle or shaker.

High quality ingredients

Whey protein isolate from Cross-Flow Microfiltration provides concentrated, natural protein with a BCAA content of 25% (2.9 g BCAA/Port.). Additionally enriched with the free amino acids leucine (1.8 g/port.) and glutamine (1.3 g/port.) as well as vitamins and minerals. Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function. Without artificial sweeteners. Lactose-free, gluten-free.

Optimal use

For optimal effect regarding recovery we recommend to take RECOVERY DRINK as soon as possible after the training session. For a higher proportion of protein ideally conventiently combine with AMINO 12500.

Can also be used as a liquid carbohydrate and protein source approx. one hour before exercise. Test the compatibility before the competition in training.

Take within one hour before (refill carbohydrate stores) and/or after exercise (recovery). 1-2 servings daily.

Stir bag (60 g) into 300-500 ml cold water or prepare in shaker.

100 ml of the preparation (60 g + 300 ml water) contains 310 kJ (73 kcal).
